Golf on the Arlberg

The Lech golf course is located at 1,500 metres above sea level, making it the highest golf course in Austria. The fairways run through the Zuger Valley directly alongside the Lech River, which must be crossed several times. Playing upstream, golfers can enjoy the unique panorama of the Rote Wand mountain. It is clear at a glance that the developers of the golf course wanted to preserve the original character of the charming Zuger Valley and minimise the impact on the environment and landscape as much as possible. Sport and nature go hand in hand. Marmots, golden eagles and other Alpine animals are welcome regular guests on the course.
