We inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data by our company. We respect your privacy and are committed to strictly complying with the legal requirements for processing your personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), and Telecommunications Act 2003 (TKG)). All your personal data are processed on this basis.

Information Obligations (Articles 13 and 14 GDPR)
Your personal data, which include:
- Your master data (name, first name, address, email address, telephone and fax number, date of birth, customer number), as well as language and vehicle registration plate,
- Data from submitted travel documents (passport number, passport details, date of birth, issuing authority, validity period, nationality) and identity documents (ID card, driver’s license, etc., including issuing authority and validity period),
- Payment information, especially regarding debit cards, credit cards, and bank cards,
- Requested length of stay and data related to the stay, including destinations, hotels, contact persons, conditions, special services, health data, frequent flyer numbers, personal preferences you disclose to us, and
- Special categories of data such as health information and data on special needs or marital/partnership status
are required for our services. This also includes bookings for travel, tour guides, gastronomy, rental vehicles, transfers, registration processing, insurance, events, tours, accreditations, vouchers, including customer creation, invoicing, and verification (B2B, B2C, FIT), as well as ticket bookings.
These data are stored, processed, and, if necessary, transmitted to third parties with whom we cooperate to provide the most effective and high-quality service for our customers. This may include service providers in third countries as data processors, software providers, or agency service providers.
The legal bases for these data processing activities are:
- Fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations toward you,
- Your consent,
- Legal, contractual, or other legal obligations on our part (e.g., documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax, and customs law, contract law, registration law, legal disputes),
- § 96 TKG, and
- Our legitimate interests (e.g., improving customer service, including direct marketing, or protecting our own legal interests).
The duration of storage is based on the length of our business relationship, the consents you have given, and the statutory retention obligations and legal requirements applicable to us. We emphasize that in the case of regular cooperation, we strive to know your preferences as accurately as possible in order to continuously satisfy you.
Our Websites
When you access our website, your access data are automatically collected and stored. These access data may include the page visited, files viewed, date and time of access, user IP address, data of the device used (especially browser and operating system), data volume, and confirmation of successful access. We use this data for internal statistical purposes, to ensure the security of our services, and to optimize our offerings. In case of suspected illegal activity, the access data may be used as evidence.
By entering your personal data in one of our contact forms, you consent to the transmission, storage, and processing of this data by us for the duration of handling this specific request. This applies in particular to requests via contact form, chat, and emails. We need this data to process your request and may also store your IP address for evidential purposes. Storage lasts as long as it is necessary to handle any follow-up or additional questions from you or us.
Newsletter
You are free to subscribe to our newsletter. To do so, you must provide your email address and consent to receive the newsletter. The subscription only becomes effective once you confirm via a link sent to your email. To provide you with targeted information in the newsletter, we may ask for additional information about your interests, dates, locations, and regions during registration.

Transmission to Third Parties / Engagement of Processors
Your personal data may be transmitted to:
- Processors (e.g., for electronic advertising via newsletters) and third parties required to provide the requested services, all of whom are committed to complying with applicable data protection standards,
- Potentially outside the EU. If European data protection standards cannot be guaranteed—for example, if standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or certifications are not available—we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent if necessary.

We use reCAPTCHA to protect our contact forms, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). It prevents automated spam attacks. Data Subject Rights / Objection / Contact
You may request free information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to object, access, delete, correct, restrict, and transfer your personal data. Since we process data based on legitimate interests, you can object if specific reasons arise from your particular situation. You may also object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
